My two sons ages 6, and 10, have trained at “Mario Esfiha BJJ” for six months under Alex Henley. With Alex’s encouragement at age 42, I myself now train as well. It is obvious that Alex’s passion for practicing BJJ, is equally matched by his passion for teaching BJJ. As a father, and a student, I highly recommend Alex Henley!
