Professor Alex Henley was promoted to 1st degree black belt on Saturday August 1st by his professor, 5th degree black belt Mario “Esfiha” Queiroga. Insight BJJ also also celebrated our SIX YEAR ANNIVERSARY that day with a seminar from Mario, then some fun at Professor Troy’s! Thanks to all that were a part of this great day!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 5th degree Black Belt and co-founder of our Team Brasa, Mario “Esfiha” Queiroga, will be offering a Seminar at Insight BJJ. ALL AGES!!
As you can imagine, this is pretty big deal and it would be appreciated to have as many team members in attendance as possible.
You should not miss out on this great opportunity to learn from a BJJ practitioner with over 30 years experience AND to see your head instructor promoted!
After the seminar and promotion, we’re all invited to Coach Troy’s house for some food, and fun to celebrate Insight BJJ’s 6 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!!
Team: starting Monday, June 1 we’ll be back to class with a modified schedule and 10 person limit per class. You’ll need to visit your Zen Planner Member App to reserve your spot, or login to the member website.
Then starting Monday, June 15 we’ll add back noon classes, and raise the attendance limit from 10 to 20 people.
The following week (starting Monday, June 22) we’ll go back to our original schedule with a few modifications. In the coming weeks, we plan to add kickboxing and wrestling to our roster as well!
