My seven year old daughter started Jiu Jitsu here about seven months ago. She has already learned so much as far as skill. She has also gained confidence and learned patience. She loves it!

We drive 40 minutes one way just to come to classes and it’s worth it. The classes are fun and great exercise. The kids learn how to respect one another, and they are very helpful to each other. If my daughter is struggling with one of the moves any of the children she rolls with will stop and show her how she is supposed to do it, of course the coaches walk around and help as well.

I have recommended, and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. We are very happy. Just try it out, the first week is free and Coach Alex will let you use one of the Gi’s he has on hand. If you plan to stay he will even order a Gi for you.
