Don (D1) BJJ story: I started at Insite BJJ in 2019 at the age of 49. After watching my son do it for a year I decided to give it a try. I loved it after the first day. The camaraderie at the gym was like being back in the Marine Corps again. I’ve been out for 27 years and I missed that. The new found friendships and extended family feel is great. I look forward to all the training and dedication that it’s going to take to get my black belt.
