This is a list of suggested competitions as well as team events. These competitions will have a coach (or coaches) present. If you are an Must be approved by your main coach, and your name on the Approved Competitor whiteboard in the gym. , you are welcome to sign up for these events. If you choose another event, it’s likely that we will not have a coach available.

This is a 2 day event, July 10 & 11. Ages 16+. White belt and up.
