Coach Alex and his staff have proven to be fantastic teachers for both children and adults. They take great care to provide a safe environment, excellent training, and a keep it all fun. Shortly after my 9 year old began training, I was drawn in and started training as well. We both love the workout, the development of new skills, the exercise, and the camaraderie with the other students.
